Delete account & data

You can delete your user account yourself at any time. If you do so, all active subscriptions will be canceled at the earliest possible date and all your websites, forms and submissions, including uploads, will be permanently deleted.

Lemon Squeezy

We use a third-party payment processor called Lemon Squeezy for handling payments. If you decide to use a FastForms paid plan, Lemon Squeezy will manage your billing information and payment process securely. Brevo

FastForms uses Brevo, an email delivery service, to send emails to our customers quickly and securely.

OOPSpam

FastForms uses OOPSpam, a trusted spam filtering service to filter spam messages. We would like to assure you that we comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) when processing your data through OOPSpam.

Under no circumstances do we pass on personal data of our registered users to OOPSpam.

To check whether a submission is spam, OOPspam must check the following:

  • Content of the submission
  • IP address of the sender (optional)

Feedmas

We utilize Feedmas, a support ticket management system, exclusively within the FastForms Dashboard to enhance user experience and address support requests.

When you use the support feature in the FastForms Dashboard, Feedmas may collect and store personal information provided by you, such as your name and email address, along with the details of your support request.

By using the support feature in the FastForms Dashboard, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information by Feedmas for the purpose of addressing your support request and improving user experience.
